Location: Lefferts Boulevard, Austin Street
and neighboring streets in Kew Gardens

ARTIST ENTRY INFORMATION
(deadline to apply is July 30th, 2023)
SET UP:
Begins at 8:30am and must be finished by 10:45am. Public will start to arrive at 11:00am.
SPACE:
5’x6’ space. Tables and Chairs are not supplied.
All spaces will be assigned by the event committee. You will be able to unload your car on Austin Street and surrounding streets. We recommend that you have assistance for unloading/loading.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
July 24, 2023,11:59pm is the final date to submit an online application for consideration.

You will be required to fill out an application and attach three images of your artwork in jpg or pdf. Each image should be labeled with the title, dimensions and medium. The three images that you submit must be representative of the work that you will be displaying.
SELECTION REQUIREMENTS:
Selection Committee will make final choices based on a collective balance of art.
Participating artists will be selected/notified by the Selection Committee and receive an email/text by July 31, 2023
FEE:
$50 Check payable to Kew Gardens Council for Recreation and the Arts, Inc (KGCRA)
KGCRA is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1972 to support cultural, educational and social community activities.
ELIGIBILITY:
All artists must be 18+ years of age and live in Queens.
All artwork displayed must be original, handcrafted work that is made by the participating Queens artist. All artworks must be available for sale.
ENTRY CATEGORIES: Paintings, pottery, photography, glass, jewelry, multimedia, fiber art, illustration, wall art, sculpture, etc.
